▶ How do I get an invite to attend the Summit ?

This summit is by invitation only to ensure we bring together the most committed and innovative leaders and create a strong and impactful global community of leaders. However if you are one such leader in a C-suite position and your business is positively impacting society and/or the planet or wanting to have a major positive impact in society and/or the planet, you are most welcome to request your invitation here. Our team will analyze it and get in contact with you as soon as possible.

We also have created a World Leaders Program to ensure a wider participation from the Global South (see here).

▶ How and where to book a hotel?

We want to make sure this event offsets as much CO2 as possible, for this reason we chose B Corp Goodwings to help you choose your favourite hotel and to give you the chance to try out their platform for free.

▶ Are there special offers for hotels?

No, because Goodwings, our hotel accommodation partner, uses the discounts to offset CO2 with a number of activities.

▶ What is the timing of the event, to allow me to organise my logistics ?

The event starts with a welcome session at 17:00 on Wednesday, the 10th of May.
We have a beautiful plenary closing experience that will end the Summit on Friday, the 12th of May, at 19:00.

▶ Who else is attending ?

We are close to reaching the total number of 1000+ C suite leaders, investors, executives.

▶ Will the summit happen every year?

Yes, it will take place every year, we are planning the next edition to be in Amsterdam in April 2024, dates will be announced soon.

▶ What is the Dresscode of the Summit?

▶ Can I bring my partner to dinners?

The standing dinners of Thursday and Friday evening are only relevant to event participants, not to partners. However, if you really wish your partner to attend we might be able to arrange a few seats but contact us in the weeks prior via

▶ How to get to the Summit from the airport?

We encourage a diversity of sustainable ways in which to reach Amsterdam, listed in our logistics page here. If you land at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, there are direct trains that take you to Amsterdam Centraal (Central Station, Amsterdam) in about 20 minutes. The station is 5 minutes walk from the event’s location.

▶ What are the entrance fees?

Entrance fees are based on the turnover of your company. A special discount is offered for companies that are B Corps.

▶ Can I apply for a discount?

To ensure as wide a participation as possible, including from the Global South, we have created a World Leaders Program and you can check whether you meet the eligibility criteria (see here). 

▶ Do I need to print my ticket before I arrive?

To be as sustainable as possible we would encourage you to bring with you the QR Code ticket on your phone, rather than printing it. 

At the registrations desk this QR code will allow you to receive the Summit badge that needs to be used to access all sessions and meals.

▶ Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the entire event is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Staff at the entrance of the summit will be able to guide you to the dedicated accesses.

▶ Can I change the information on my ticket?

After you have finalized your registration and your payment has been accepted, it is not possible to change the name on the ticket. However, if there is an error in your name or information, you can contact us to correct it at the following address:

▶ Why do I have to pay if the event is invitation-only?

The invitation-only policy is meant to only allow the leaders who are truly making a difference and committed to building a new economy to be part of the Summit and thus ensure the best possible outcomes as a participant.

During the first Summit we held in Rome we successfully sold out the event by only having paying selected participants, resulting in a now one year old powerful platform for ‘business as a force for good’. 

As you will understand it is only possible to organise this one-of-a-kind Summit (as a non profit organisation), if attendees contribute a conference fee.

In order to help us build the global network we ask every Leader to sponsor us a membership fee of €300per year.

By becoming a member of the community you will be able to attend the B For Good Leaders Dialogues Series monthly in which we bring inspiration, useful insights and connections around the key themes with like-minded leaders and unconventional speakers creating an inspiring, safe space to learn and take action.
