The main aim at the B for Good Leaders Summit is to meet & connect. On site meetings will be actively facilitated at the highest level. A place to passionately share ideas, solutions and examples. To inspire and learn. Don’t expect a standard conference program:

The plenary program consists of short sessions only. No long keynotes, just short and direct conversations on stage between executives, on topics that matter.


The interactive program is built around discussion oriented- and presentation oriented workshops. The first aiming to have topical conversations in an intimate setup. The latter with the aim of sharing knowledge.


The marketplace offers more than enough space for private one-on-one meetings. And shows products that display the range of companies joining forces.


The declaration room is a physical location that is open to all for the whole event. Here we coordinate all the output of the tracks into a final Declaration of the event.

 

The program of the event will be developed over the coming months by a strong program committee. The program will focus around a number of Main Themes that will be shared will all individual attendees during their meeting with the Concierge Desk. Over the coming months all details of the programs, content, names of break-out leaders, names of plenary members will all be mentioned on this page in order to give you plenty of possibility to tailor the program to your own wishes.

Take the Future into the Present

The Program of the event is being developed by a strong team of people. The whole program will be centered around five Main Themes.

These Main Themes are:

  • Regenerative Economy
  • Leadership
  • B Corps
  • Sustainable Finance
  • Corporate Activism


Every Main Theme will have a curator and will be supported by the plenaries and the break-outs.

The detailed program of the many break-outs will become available over the coming months.

We would love for you to join the B for Good Leaders Network.

If you are a Founder, Partner, CEO or Board Member and committed to the new economy and eager to increase the positive impact of your business in society and/or the planet you can join our community.

In order to help us build the global network we ask every Leader to sponsor us a membership fee of €300per year.

Our present economic system is flawed. It is guided by a short-term vision that only takes the interests of a limited number of stakeholders into account and is deaf to the call of future generations.

The annual B for Good Leaders Summit exists to accelerate the transition towards a regenerative economy creating the conditions for a shared, durable prosperity. This will create social, environmental, and economic net positive value through a new model of regenerative leadership.

As inhabitants of planet Earth, we take up this intergenerational call which demands to reframe the very meaning of leadership.

To enable this evolution, as B For Good Leaders, we commit to:

1. embrace radical interdependence, the fundamental principle governing life on Earth, as the golden rule for decision-making, leading to a regenerative impact;

2. consider at least the next generation of humans in every business decision;

3. measure what matters to integrate systemic value creation into our definition of profit;

4. challenge extractive economic models and take a stand for the common good;

5. mobilize finance as a catalyst to transform the business perspective from short-termism to long-term shared value creation.

We commit to guiding our companies and organizations to embrace a purpose-driven model that creates value for all.

Through this joint leadership statement, we lay the foundation for collective actions and alliances, clearing the path for a new regenerative economy.
